Sailing Against the Wind

　　Linked by Air China's Belt and Road routes, this story follows Xu Fan, a post-2000s woman contributing to the Busanga Hydropower Station project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Told from an authentic perspective, it highlights her perseverance in overcoming challenges, spreading warmth, and realizing her personal value in Africa. These routes not only carry forward Air China's Phoenix Spirit—"Bestows happiness upon the world,""Leads the pack," and"Never rests on laurels"—but also showcase how a new generation of central-enterprise youth integrates personal ideals with national strategies.
